You can now change your debit card PIN anytime by phone!

Call 1-866-985-2273

You must call from the home or work phone number listed on your account. In order to change your debit card PIN, you will need to provide the following information:

   Your card number

   The last four (4) digits of the business EIN number the debit card links to

   The four (4) digit expiration date

   The three (3) digit code on the back of the card near the signature line

   The four (4) digit PIN of your choice

All new debit card holders will need to select a PIN. For reissued cards, you only need to activate the card, it is not necessary to change your PIN unless you wish to.

Your PIN can only be changed once per day. PINS can also be changed to the same PIN it was previously.
