LFCU Features Your Photos
Langley Federal Credit Union is again offering the opportunity for our members' personal photos to be featured on the LFCU public website.
We are specifically looking for pictures for our:
Submit as many photos as you wish for one or more of the categories listed above. If your photo is used for the website, but does not receive 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, you will receive an Honorable Mention prize.
Prize Structure
- 1st Place: $100 gift card
- 2nd Place: $50 gift card
- 3rd Place: $25 gift card
- Honorable Mention: $5 gift card to StarBucks
1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners can choose a gift card to one of the following places: Target, Walmart, Patrick Henry Mall, Farm Fresh, or WaWa.
Contest Rules
- The deadline to submit photos is November 30, 2009.
- The person submitting the photos must be at least 18 years of age.
- Any people in the photo must be at least 18 years of age.
- Photos should also be professionally appropriate to be featured on the LFCU public website.
- Appropriate file types include: GIF, JPG, and PNG.
- Please limit the size of photographs to be no more than 1MB per submission.

Terms and Conditions
Langley Federal Credit Union ("LFCU") allows its members to submit photographs and digital images (referred to herein collectively as "Images") for display on its Internet website pages as part of ongoing promotions and contests according to the following terms and conditions:
To be eligible to win, you must be a Langley Federal Credit Union member and at least 18 years of age. Any tax liability is the responsibility of the member. Chances of winning are based on the total number of entries. Members of the Board, Supervisory Committee, LFCU staff and members of their immediate family (i.e., in the same household) are not eligible to win.
LFCU reserves the right to accept or reject Images submitted by its members in LFCU's sole and absolute discretion and may or may not notify the member of its determination of whether or not to post an Image.
In the event LFCU does decide to post an Image, LFCU reserves the right to edit the Image provided by the member in LFCU's sole and absolute discretion. In the event that LFCU decides to edit an Image, it may or may not contact the submitting member for further information regarding the Image.
When providing Images to LFCU, you are representing and warranting that (i) you are a member of LFCU, (ii) you have exclusive ownership of the Images and the right to provide the Images to LFCU for its use; (iii) the Image does not contain trademarked, copyrighted or other proprietary information; and (iv) that each of the persons depicted in the Images have attained at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date the Image was created; and (v) that you have notified and obtained permission to submit the Image to LFCU from each person depicted in the Images.
When providing Images to LFCU, you are providing a license to LFCU to reproduce the image on its website, promotional materials and other medium without royalty or fee. You waive all rights, including moral rights, to the Images and LFCU shall be free to use the Images for any and all purposes.
No Images of children under eighteen (18) years of age will be accepted.
By submitting an Image, you agree to indemnify and hold LFCU harmless you agree to indemnify and hold LFCU and its officers and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, grants, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) to the extent that it is based on a claim that any aspect of any Image infringes any United States trademark, patent, copyright, license, trade secret or other proprietary right, or any other common law or statutory right of any person.
