We understand that if our communities thrive, so will our credit union. So we partner with caring people and their organizations to make our communities a great place to live, work and raise a family.
Langley understands that to be a thriving community, we must ensure basic needs including healthcare, access to education, affordable housing, and financial stability are available to all who call the communities we serve home. We acknowledge the importance of corporate social responsibility and the impact the nonprofit community has in improving the lives of individuals and families impacted by poverty related crises. In 2023 alone, Langley and the Langley for Families Foundation invested over $1,720,000 back into the community through donations to over 170 charitable organizations who are working diligently to address our community’s greatest needs.
With over 700 employees, we are a team dedicated to building a stronger, healthier community through a variety of giving and volunteer opportunities that support the work of our communities’ most impactful nonprofit organizations. In 2023, nearly $50,000 was donated by Langley employees through Langley’s payroll giving program. When combined with Langley’s 100% match, the Langley for Families Foundation distributed nearly $100,000 to employee-nominated nonprofits by year end. Langley employees are also dedicated to supporting the nonprofit community through volunteering and gave nearly 1,700 hours of volunteer service over the course of 2023! We are proud of all that our team does to give back and advocate on behalf of those in need in the communities we serve.
