Langley Federal Credit Union Opens New Location in Virginia Beach

Langley Federal Credit Union will open a second Virginia Beach branch on April 17, 2017 in the Sandbridge area. The new branch marks the fifth Southside location and is located 2090 Princess Anne Road, Unit 140, near the Red Mill Commons Shopping Center.

"Our Southside branches have been incredibly busy opening new accounts so we recognized the need for further expansion," stated Langley Sr. Vice President Deb Vollmer. "This second Virginia Beach branch solidifies our commitment to serving the Southside residents. Consumers continue to be driven to community based financial institutions and as the largest credit union based in Hampton Roads, we know we have a lot to offer the residents of Virginia Beach."

Branch Manager Clarissa Lucky will lead the new Sandbridge Branch team. Lucky has over six years of financial experience. The branch hours are Monday through Wednesday 9 AM-5 PM, Thursday through Friday 9 AM-6 PM and Saturday 9 AM-3 PM. The Sandbridge branch is a storefront location with a walk-up ATM and a staff of experienced representatives ready to assist members with their financial needs.

As part of the branch's grand opening, Langley is partnering with Mercy Medical Angels, a non-profit organization based in Virginia Beach that provides medical transportation—across the United States and internationally—to those who cannot afford it. For every new member who joins the Credit Union at the Sandbridge Branch during the first month, Langley will make a $100 donation to the organization.
