How do I use Bill Pay?
To set up payments, access Bill Pay through Langley’s Online Banking on your computer or open Langley’s Mobile App, then complete the steps below.
  1. Login to Online Banking or open your Langley Mobile Banking app

  3. Accept the terms and access Bill Pay.

How do I update my contact information?

You can update your contact information through Langley’s Online Banking on your computer or Langley’s Mobile App.

For Desktop

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click on User Settings
  3. Click on Profile
  4. Update your contact information and save changes

For Mobile:

  2. Click on the Menu tab

How do I change my Digital Banking username or password?

You can update your username or password through Langley’s Online Banking on your computer or Langley’s Mobile App.

How can I sign up for Digital Banking?

Registering for online banking should only take about 5 minutes of your time. By confirming your identity and creating a password, you will be enrolled. Click here to register for Digital Banking. Don’t forget to download Langley’s Mobile Banking app in Google Play or the App Store!

Notary / Medallion Service

As a member of Langley, you have access to a commissioned Notary Public at any Langley branch or by virtual appointment for no additional cost. We also provide Medallion signature guarantee services free of charge for our members at any Langley branch.

Where can I find my account number or member number?

Follow these steps to find your member number or account number:

  1. Login to Online Banking or open your Langley Mobile Banking app
  2. Click on any checking or savings account to view the account number
  3. Click on the Details tab

There, you can view account number, routing number, direct deposit number, MICR number, and more!

How do I sign up for direct deposit?

Direct Deposit is the safest way to deposit your net pay, Social Security, pension, or other regular checks into your credit union account. Setting up direct deposit with Langley is easy, but your employer may have special requirements — for instance, your employer may use a custom form, may require a signature from the credit union, or may only require a voided check. First, we encourage you to ask your employer what documents are required to set up direct deposit.

For direct deposits into a Langley account:

  1. Login to Online Banking or open your Langley Mobile Banking app
  2. Click on the checking or savings account you want your net pay to be deposited
  3. Click on the Details tab to view your account/direct deposit number. Use this number when setting up direct deposit with your employer.

Where can I find my account balance?

You can view account balances, transaction history and pending transactions in Langley’s Online Banking on your computer or Langley’s Mobile App. Once you log in, you can see the account balance of each open account. To view transaction history, click on the specific account to see more details.

How do I get a replacement debit or credit card?

To report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, call 833-978-3924.

You can get a replacement card via the below options:

    1. Log into Digital Banking through your desktop or mobile phone.
    2. Desktop: Click the envelope icon in the top right of the screen.

How can I refer a friend?

With our Member Referral Program, you and your friend can both get $50 when he or she opens a membership and completes one of the qualifying activities. To start, you’ll need a unique referral code that they can use before they open the account. Get your referral code here

How do I order checks?

There are multiple ways you can order checks for your Langley Checking Account.

How do I view my statement online, sign up for electronic statements?

You can view your eStatements each month posted in Langley’s Online Banking on your computer or Langley’s Mobile Banking App.

To enroll in eStatements, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Online Banking or open your Langley Mobile Banking app
  2. Click the Documents and Statements Tab. If you are in the mobile app, click on the Menu tab.
  3. Click the eStatements and Documents button
  4. Click the toggle switch to choose Online Statements only.

Can I make a wire transfer?

Langley Federal Credit Union offers wiring services to all its members. You can send a wire via Digital Banking, speaking to a representative, or scheduling an appointment at any of our branch locations.

How do I change my name?

You can update your name in our system by completing any of the following:

  1. Visit any one of our convenient branch locations
  2. Send a secure message via Digital Banking
  3. Fax request to 757-825-7557

You will need to provide a new valid “pictured ID” or other acceptable supporting documents for your name change to be processed.

What is the difference between my account number and member number?

Every savings and checking account has a unique account number. Each Langley member has a unique member number.

Your account number is required for things such as setting up direct deposit or receiving a wire transfer to that account. Langley account numbers contain 12 or 13 digits.

Your member number describes your entire relationship with Langley. For example, when you tell a Langley specialist your member number, they will be able to see all your Langley products and services, including checking and savings, certificates, loans, and credit cards. A Langley member number is typically 7-digits or less.

Do you offer Trust accounts?

A Trust is a property given or transferred by one or more individuals to a trustee or trustees to manage for the benefit of another.

Langley does offer Trust accounts. To open a Trust account, please come prepared with the below documents:

  • A Certificate of Trust listing the name of the trust, trustee(s), successor trustee(s) (if applicable) and the effective date of the trust agreement.
  • Verification of Trust Tax ID.
  • Valid identification for all Trustees.
  • Verification of SSN for all Trustees.

Do you offer Estate accounts?

An Estate is used to collect and distribute the assets of the estate of an individual who has passed away.

Langley does offer Estate accounts. To open an Estate account, please come prepared with the below documents:

  • Certificate of Qualification appointing Estate Representative (or similar official court document).
  • Original death certificate with seal.
  • Verification of Estate's Tax ID (not a SSN).
  • Valid identification for Estate Representative.
  • Verification of SSN for Estate Representative.

What Credit Bureau is Used to Pull Credit?

Langley primarily uses Equifax during the application process. There may be some circumstances, however, where another credit bureau is used.
