HAMPTON, Va. – August 11, 2021 – Mayor Tuck, members of the Hampton City Council and Langley Federal Credit Union leaders celebrated the grand opening of its newest branch, located at 2004 Nickerson Blvd. in Hampton, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 11.
“This grand opening celebration is special because it feels like a return to home for our Langley team,” said President and CEO Tom Ryan. “We served members in our Willow Oaks branch until 2019. We’ve since built this state-of-the-art location to provide an even better, convenient, in-person experience. We’re proud of this new branch and our connection, once again, to the Hampton community.”
Roberta Heywood, the branch manager, has been with Langley Federal Credit Union since 1990. The Nickerson branch will provide full financial services to members including personal and business banking; mortgages; auto, RV and boat loans; student loans; insurance; investment services; credit cards; merchant services and online banking. Branch hours are Monday through Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm, Thursday and Friday 9 am – 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 3 pm.
